Start Over Animated Stamp for Elizarush

I know it sucks... I'm sorry Eliza-sama... I tried...
I had to re-upload it numerous times. It was so large that photoshop would not let me turn it into a gif, so I had to turn it into a video which turned into a surprising 24 GB file, then I had to convert it into a WMV file which lowered the size indefinetly. Then I had to get a seconddary video to gif converter to actually transfer it into a gif file. I tried to bring it back into photoshop but it brought back the same problem.
It was just a hassle, and I am just going to settle with it like this.
Over 4,000 frames...
I am not satisifed on how it came out.
Especially with that stupid faded word patches at the end. Those were not supposed to be there...

I'm sorry if it is really looooong and really boring to watch, but if you could sacrifice your time until it is over I would appreciate it.
